Such a CUTE bonsai nursery in a cute town. I picked up my new additions: a six-year-old African elephant jade and one mini jade with three stalks and they are both gorgeous, thriving, and happy little guys! Josh even gave each of them little name tags – super nice touch - he has a lot of different varieties in the nursery that have been growing cutely for years with care and he can tell you all about each of them. Thank you so much for my new little guys!!

Whether you’re a dedicated bonsai enthusiast or someone who is just starting in the hobby, Lucky Bonsai is a true hidden gem in NE Ohio. The owner is both a joy to interact with and very knowledgeable. He can multitask like a master; taking a barrage of questions from a pair of inquisive newbies with a surpising level of grace, all while caring for an impressive number of bonsai plants or prepping their pruchased plants for travel home with them. His bonsai plants, of many breeds and ages, are absolutely impressive and beautiful. As are the ceramic and other planters that he has on site for perusal and purchase. He also sells other supplies like lava rock or scissors specifically for bonsai and of high quality, so I know that I’ll be back for these when it comes time for them.

Lets just say even if i cant keep my bonsai alive i will continue to come back here just to hang out with Josh im pretty sure. What an awesome experience. So knowledgeable and willing to share so much with us. Busy working on painting and who knows what else Josh dropped what he was doing to come help a few clueless bonsai buyers out. Took the time out to go over every detail and thoroughly answer all of our questions. You just got that feeling from Josh that he actually cared and loves what he does. We were made to feel totally comfortable in an instant. Thats something you dont get a lot of places anymore. We are looking forward to many more purchases from Josh and further expanding our knowledge of bonsai. We made sure to even grab a book! Pots were beautiful and the plants were abundant. Don't skip coming here if youre thinking about. Just do it! Also please dont forget to show Georgia some love before you leave

Had been looking for bonsais online and in person for awhile and stumbled across Lucky Bonsai online, wasn't sure what to expect but was throughly impressed by the selection. Definitely worth stopping in if your at all considering a bonsai or even had questions. Definitely will be coming back
